Databases download (SDF)

All database files are provided as *.SDF files packed into *.ZIP archive. You can look trought our structures using a freeware tool for browsing Structure Data File: SDFReader. If you don't have database handling software like ISIS/Base, please proceed to download PDF or Excel versions.

Stock database download - updated on January, 23th 2013.

Currently contains more than 26677 substances available from ARONIS in amount of up to 2 g. Download the whole stock database - SDF / DB or download it by parts: part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6 and search for organic compounds necessary.

Virtual database download - updated on January, 23th 2013.

Currently contains more than 233598 structures. Download virtual database part 1, part 2, part 3 and search for organic compounds necessary.

Building blocks database download - updated on January, 23th 2013.

Currently contains 1727 compounds available in stock in amount from 1g to 100g. Download building blocks database BBlocksStock.zip
